Procedure Tender through the European public procedure in accordance with the (amended) Public Procurement Act 2012. Client The client for this tender is the Municipality of Breda. For more information about the Municipality of Breda, please refer to website of the municipality: Assignment The assignment concerns Hiring of staff and vehicles for traffic engineering work. Purpose The purpose of this tender is to provide a solution for the hiring of personnel and vehicles for traffic engineering work. to conclude a framework agreement with a term of two (2) years with an effective date of June 1, 2026. The client has the unilateral right to extend this twice for 1 year. The decision-making regarding these extension(s) is made on a basis of evaluation of the services provided. Maximum contract value The maximum contract value in the context of this framework agreement is set at € 3,00,000, considered over the term of the agreement, including extension options. To the mentioned amount, no rights can be derived. There is no purchase obligation for the client. If the maximum order value is exceeded during the term of the framework agreement, the framework agreement will be terminated (earlier).
