WSRL wishes to conclude a framework agreement with four Tenderers in the context of groundwater modelling, advice and secondment for two years, with an optional extension of a maximum of two one-year periods.
WSRL wishes to conclude a modeling assignment simultaneously with entering into the Framework Agreementprovide permission for 'Improvements to the basic model MORIA version 5.0' (see Appendix 2). This assignment must be completed on December 15, 2024.
WSRL exceeds the threshold amount with its periodic purchases and is therefore obliged to either tender this through a framework agreement or through the ever-increasingr European tendering for the individual assignment again. The latter option is not efficient for WSRL and entails greater administrative burdens for Tenderers.
Given the broad announcement and competitive position, this choice does not or hardly limit the opportunitiesof entrepreneurs. There are also no aggravating conditions imposed on the entrepreneurs with regard to the award because there is a framework agreement.
