Description:
The municipality of Midden-Groningen intends to start an EU-public tendering procedure for various maintenance work on 9 May 2025 on and replacement of fixed artworks within its territory. This concerns maintenance (approximately 2/3 part) on constructions of concrete, steel, plastic andWood with repairing (asphalt) pavements, road markings and conservations. The replacement task (approximately 1/3 part) in particular concerns a number of small concrete bridges and wooden bridges and/or scaffolding, three of which are requested in a case in D&C form. The framework agreement has a minimumDuration of 2 years with 2x an option to extend 2 years (maximum duration 6 years), which concerns the maximum value of the framework agreement € 9 million. The framework agreement has a legal basis of UAVGC-2005, whereby by means of a risk file responsibilities in the right way betweenClient and contractor can be allocated.

The goal is not to shorten the procedural time, this is and remains 46 days (where at least 40 days applies).
