- Performing interference in the architectural area with regard to defense buildings in various regions. This tender only relates to real estate within the Defense Portfeuille of the RVB. These include barracks, defense areas, office buildings and air bases. A fault service has been set up for the Defense Real Estate (Service Department Real Estate Defense SVD). The interference service is part of the Ministry of Defense, but is functionally managed by the Central Government Real Estate Agency. The SVD has a limited number of its own service technicians. The contracting parties for the framework agreements to be granted will support the interference service in resolving the reported malfunctions and, where necessary, will participate in availability services.
