• Delivering technical maintenance materials such as:
  o earth materials, connecting materials, installation materials and
  plug materials;
  o mounting materials;
  o Wire, cable and cable management;
  o Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC);
  o Lighting (light control equipment, lamps and Luminaires).
  - Related services, such as complaint handling, product knowledge and (proactive) advice on the use/application of the materials.
  - Offering, maintaining and managing an online catalog. The catalog should be available as Ariba Punchout catalog set.
  O If materials are not included in the catalog, it must be possible to request a quote so that the item can be ordered in SAP via a work order. The maximum value of the framework agreement over the full duration of the
  framework agreement is € 10,000,000 excluding VAT and Exclusive indexation.
