• Description:
• The contracting authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a maximum of five (5) contractors. During the term of the framework agreements, contractors are asked to submit further quotations and submit further quotations through mini-competitions. Contracts awarded to the contractors under the framework agreements. Simultaneously with the award of the framework agreements, the first Additional Contract for “Weir Mosterdijk” will be awarded by the contracting authority. This will of course be awarded by the contracting authority to the tenderer who has submitted the Economically Most Advantageous Tender for the aforementioned first Further Contract. The framework agreements are concluded with an initial term of two (2) years. This term can be increased one (1) time by two (2) years extended. The option to extend rests solely with the contracting authority. The contracting authority may impose conditions on the aforementioned extension. The intended effective date of the Framework Agreement is May 1, 2026.
