- The purpose of this tendering procedure is to conclude two (2) framework agreements with two (2) contractors, each carrying out construction maintenance for their own plot. Team Grondbedrijf and Real Estate of the municipality of Venlo has the task of organizing and having the architectural maintenance of its real estate carried out. Performing architectural maintenance is important for the usable, safe, comfortable, durable and aesthetic functioning of the buildings. Being able to have information from monitoring that shows the performance of the contract implementation is an important starting point within this maintenance contract. The aim of the maintenance work is to ensure that the buildings continue to function at the required quality level and that the aging of the architectural elements is prevented as much as possible. All this based on the policy principles of the municipality of Venlo for the various portfolios.
