- The scope of the Assignment specifically includes the following components: • White light, mobile; • Light sources for - reflection, absorption, fluorescence, fixed / mobile use; • Recording system; • Training courses; • Maintenance, preventive/corrective; • Accessories and parts. The following components specifically fall outside the scope of the Assignment: • Non-specialist light, whether or not used for FO, such as flashlights. Lot 1 - “White light”, mobile Using white light lamps - wide beam lamps - the investigator can conduct a general investigation at the Crime Scene (PD) in which it is possible to make certain traces visible, for example shoe and/or finger marks. The starting point of “every” investigation is the standard flashlight, for customization special lamps can be used for research, such as a lamp with a certain power and/or specific light beam. A specific light beam refers, for example, to a slit lighting (thin elongated beam), which means a shaving light shoe marks in fabric can be made clearly visible. Every white light lamp must contain the entire spectrum of visible light. For example, if it lacks a certain wavelength of light, it may be that traces with a certain color, fibers, for example, cannot be made visible.
