- In 2019, the province of South Holland concluded a framework agreement for the hiring of flexible workers via two employment agencies, where Payroll also in accordance with the W.A.B. was taken. In the past period there has been a thorn and self -employed invoicing, both forms of servicesare excluded in this tender. Board secretaries have not been included in the previous framework agreement, these are now included in the request. The duration was 4 years. The current framework agreement will expire on May 1, 2025, which were extended until 1 October. The province of South Holland hasdecided to spend the hiring of personnel European. The new framework agreement must start on October 1, 2025.
