Description:
With regard to management and maintenance, the following services have been outsourced, which are the subject of this tender:
1) Communication with garages about the costs of repairs and/or preventive maintenance to be carried out on all 81 vehicles (weight under 3500 kg) and the working equipment (60 stuks (loaders - forklift trucks - trucks, trailers, gator, t-license plates). All new vehicles to be purchased are also part of the agreement.
2) Coordinating the performance of maintenance by various (local) garages. The garages are located within a radius of 15 kmd from where the vehicles come from.
3) Coordinating the repair of damage (registering with the insurer and ensuring repair). Repair and restoration costs must be charged separately to the client.
4) Maintaining the administration (which maintenance has been carried out).by whom, what was possibly repaired, what were the costs, when was the maintenance carried out).
5) Preparing quarterly reports on the management and maintenance of the vehicles.
6) Questionnaire/accessibility for questions from drivers at problems with the vehicles. Here becomes sporamade use of.
