Description: Because the average age of employees and the number of employees with reduced mobility in the coming years, the Kadaster wants to create a safe evacuation and comply with the legal requirements with regard to fire safety in accordance with Building Decree.
Currently fire-resistant front portals (doors and puien) and / or role screens are not present for the fire brigade, which means that the use of the lifts (and the fire brigade) is not guaranteed at a fire. Through this tender, the Land Registry wants to select a supplier which supplies and places and places fire-resistant doors and puien with a minimum fire resistance of 60 minutes, in order to be able to use the fire brigade for evacuation of people.
