Description: Supplier must carry out inspection and maintenance of the Twence Installations with the aim of working safely and fault -free, whereby Twence complies with all applicable law and regulations. Supplier must carry out corrective maintenance preventively and on demand on the fire alarm systems and reports of the maintenance carried out. In addition, the supplier should proactively consider new developments in this field. The assignment includes the following components: Fault and maintenance services in accordance with the laws and regulations preventively (maintenance) and corrective (in the event of calamities and/or malfunctions) maintaining BMI and Sprinkler installations; during daytime services, the contracting authority wants to be able to make use of the extra capacity of the contractor if desired; Consignation Service: Contracting authority wants to be able to appeal to the contractor 24/7. A arrival time of 4 hours is used. Choices and issuing certificate the periodic inspection of fire alarm systems and sprinkler installations and issuing the corresponding certificates.
