- The municipality of Zwolle wants to enter into an agreement with one Contractor for the supply, maintenance and management and implementation of a Saas solution for a financial system. Starting point: the municipality wants a standard solution without customization, which includes the functionality necessary for Zwollen are accommodated. The scope includes Purchasing up to and including payment, Sales up to and including receipt, Memorial process, Budget process, General ledger, Project registration (financial), Time registration in connection with cost allocation budgets, VAT, Address book (master data), Fixed assets, Balance sheet functionality, IV3 declaration (JSON format). In addition, there are links (information exchange) with existing applications, such as LIAS, BNG, Topdesk, Kofax and eFi. As an option, a separate tenant for SSC Ons is included.
