- This assignment concerns the delivery of the financial system based on SaaS, the implementation and setup of this system and the conversion of existing data to the new system. The financial system must support the following work processes:
•Order until payment
•Bank statement untilmatching
•Investing until depreciation
•Declaring until payment
•Sales invoicing until payment
•Record to reporting
•Maintaining master data
The assignment also includes the implementation of the financial system. Aftercare must also be provided, so that the outstanding issues are no longer resolved after deliveryg be resolved by the contractor. It is also requested to train the users of the system, ie the intensive users at DF and all other users in the entire organization.
