Description: The assignment concerns cleaning up, collecting, transporting, transporting, storing and or having it processed of environmental pollutants and dumping on land and water in the management area of WSRL, at:
- roads and road verges (in Alblasserwaard and Vijfheerenlanden);
- flood defenses; sites owned by WSRL;
- watercourses/sailing.
If there is (water) soil contamination, the Contractor must issue an environmentally (water) soil advice (situational including taking water quality samples) that shows whether remediation at the calamity location is necessary.
If that is the case, the Contractor will take care of the implementation of the remediation. If the Contractor is not recognized for this, the Contractor calls in a recognized subcontractor for this. The contractor is responsible for the end result.
