Description: The command concerns the maintenance of the parking garages and terrains and bicycle parking facilities in the management of the municipality of Amsterdam, a total of 54 objects. The vision of the municipality of Amsterdam is to use an external party to maintain these objects at a minimum level 3 of NEN 2767 and to put an obligation to be marketed here. The total maintenance varies in the following components: 1. Hard Services: coordinating and implementing daily maintenance on the building bound elements. Preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance (subdivided into caused from poor maintenance and caused by third parties) and the statutory inspection is part of the assignment that follows from this tender. The assignment also includes coordinating and implementing planned maintenance. This planned maintenance is defined as: major maintenance with a maintenance frequency (from MJOP's). This will only lead to implementation of planned maintenance until year 5. In the first years, hardly any major maintenance can be expected from the Mjop's.
