Description: WUR wishes to conclude a framework agreement with one or more suppliers for the delivery of fertilizer and associated services with an initial duration of four years (4) with the possibility of terminating the agreement after two years with a cancellation period of three months. This is an agreement for the Lelystad location (plot 1) and an agreement for the Wageningen location (plot 2).
Wageningen Plant Research (WPR) has several test locations purchasing fertilizer and each parcel represented a different test location. This procurement concerns the Lelystad plot and the Wageningen plot.
A framework agreement has been chosen in view of the expenditure per year to vary enormously and the decrease cannot be determined in advance. The expected commencement date of the framework agreement is 1.9.2021.
