Description:
The Municipality intends to put a tender on the market for the conclusion of an agreement for the provision of facilities management services for four MFAs of the municipality of Amsterdam.
The Facility Manager is visible and is the point of contact for all tenants as well as all service companies. The manager has a communicative, coordinating and (as far as possible) supervisory role. Complaints intake is via reporting system of the management organization itself and this is done within the mandate by the manager self-arranged. Escalation takes place in consultation with Municipal Real Estate (GV). On behalf of the GV, the Facility Manager is the eyes and ears on site. This means that the manager has a good communication, signaling and problem-solving role. Naturally in close collaboration with GV.
