- The RDW regularly needs (substantive) advice, support and project guidance in the field of facility (project) management, installation technology, security and information and archive management.
The tender consists of 4 lots:
1. Facility Advice and Projecttmanagement
2. Installation technical advice
3. Integrated Safety advice
The RDW needs on-call capacity with regard to advice and project management in the field of facility (policy) issues.
The description of the activities that may be part of the assignment (within the aforementioned framework, not exhaustive):
1) Substantive advice or researchr support in the field of facility matters:
o Drawing up facility policy appropriate to the RDW environment;
2) Overall coordination of facility/housing projects or programs:
o Feasibility studies or scenario elaborations in relation to housing;
3)Overall coordination of facilitiestenders, including drawing up programs of requirements;
4) Deployment of capacity of facility professionals, both in management and in advice:
o Supervising implementation activities
o Support for substantive activities.
