The contracting authority wishes to contract a contractor for facilitating energy exchange. The assignment for facilitating energy exchange consists of: facilitating energy exchange on behalf of the client in its role as a supplier for its customersWith the help of software and personnel support. The role of energy supplier is new for contracting authority and therefore the contracting authority is looking for a proactive, professional and expert contractor who is willing and able to fully relieve the contracting authority with thedesign of the energy exchange of contracting authority and to proactively think about and to take responsibility in optimizing and continuous improvement of energy exchange processes after the start of the supply of electricity (and possibly gas in the future) to theParticipants. The contracting authority is therefore looking for a contractor who can deliver the required software under license that is necessary to provide energy exchange processes in its role as a supplier of sustainable electricity and thereby provides the personnel support for thisprocesses with the help of the software on behalf of the contracting authority.
