- The assignment to be tendered is defined as follows: Infrastructure and network management (from the WAN connection point); Device management; Digital doctrine and working environment; Tenantbeheer (also working with non -managed device from home) where the storage capacity is optimally managed; Acting as Spoc for all IT related notifications, including telephony (mobile and fixed), access internet, printers and the use of applications. Other reports (eg facility) are not treated by the SPOC. The tender leads to an agreement for assignment with an indefinite term. The agreement can be terminated by the contracting authority in the interim with a notice period of 6 months.
