Description:
The assignment relates to the risk -bearing and sustainable management and operation of the new swimming pool in Eersel as described in the PVE (Appendix 1 to this tender document). The accommodation is newly built by order of the municipality of Eersel and ends according to the current planning March 2026 delivered. The accommodation remains owned by the municipality of Eersel and is rented from the municipality by the operator during the exploitation period.
The service includes all the work required to successfully operate the swimming pool and thereby a swimming water supply For the associations in the municipality of Eersel and recreational swimming water for the residents of the municipality and surrounding places to realize. To make the exploitation possible, the future contractor will ensure:
Staff to manage the pool, such as lifeguards, cleaners and administrative staff.
Management and corrective maintenance of the building and installations.
Utilities (gas, water, light)
Marketing and advertising to promote the swimming pool.
Insurance and taxes.

The freedom of operation by the contractor is limited Due to the frameworks that the municipality sets at the exploitation (for example: opening hours, schedule and rental rates for associations).
