- For its Climate Resilient Coffee in North Sumatra and Aceh project, CBI is looking for a team of consultants to support the implementation of this a twoyear project in the coffee sector in Indonesia, aimed at enhancing collaboration across North Sumatra and Aceh, addressing climate change challenges, and contributing to a more resilient, futureproof coffee industry. We are looking for the following roles in a team composition: Role 1 Systemic change/MSD expert in the coffee sector; Role 2 Climate resilience and sector collaboration expert; Role 3 Expert in climate resilient business models and export coaching; Role 4 Expert in facilitating climate resilience pilots and business support.
