- The Kroeller-Mueller Museum wishes to form a design team consisting of a working architect (lot 1), a structural engineer (lot 2), an installation consultant (lot 3) and a building physics consultant with a BREEAM expert (lot 4). The design architect already involved has the structuredesign for the expansion of the museum and remains actively involved in its further development. The expansion includes new construction of exhibition spaces and various other functions, as well as the repurposing of spaces in the existing building. The sustainability ambition is om to obtain the BREEAM certificate 'excellent'. The design elaboration must be done in a building information model (BIM) that the design team must draw up under the guidance and coordination of the developing architect.
