- Description: University of Twente intends to give the assignment described below directly to: Labor Redimo. The assignment concerns the setting up of a hiring desk at the UT, which can centralize its hiring process. For this, Labor Redimo can support the UT throughout the process of setting up the hiring desk. This will consist of drawing up a sourcing strategy with associated design plan, support and advice in procurement of a broker, implementation of the design plan, the determination of the rate through a tariff tool (and making it) and monitoring it afterwards, evaluate and transfer. Belanged / companies that have been disadvantaged by the intended award to Labor Redimo have the opportunity to object until 6 April 2022 against the intention to award the agreement by bringing a summary proceedings in the Court Overijssel.
