Description: The UM needs a low-code development platform as a SAAS service (the platform). UM has carried out market research on the basis of the following requirements and criteria: the Lowcode Platform is a fully integrated IDE (Integrated Development Environment) that supports the entire life cycle of applications, from Requirements Engineering in the form of user's to alerting and monitoring Production. The Lowcode Platform contains instruments for version management where any added (custom Java) code and libraries are part of the version management. The low code platform offers the (add-on) possibility for monitoring the quality of the developed applications according to the ISO 25010 and SIG standards. The low code platform must be suitable for digitizing workflows via a separate abstraction low that increases the speed of making workflow applications.
