The task description is in short the following: act as emergency response and plays the role of head of BHV to alarm service it takes over; supervising fire safety; care for emergency services in the event of calamities; first point of contact for visitors and suppliers; access control (registering visitors and suppliers on arrival and departure); repressive (acting) action in the event of calamities and irregularities; monitoring the following of house rules of the reception locations; reporting; keeping fire, closing, and general rounds.
