Description:
The assignment concerns the development, realization and operation of a new event facility at the Voorsterpoort Oost location in Zwolle. The Client owns the plots and makes them ready for construction available for sale to the Contractor. The new facility must be of high quality and... form a future-proof replacement for the former IJsselhallen and contribute to the economic vitality and cultural position of Zwolle and the region. The Contractor becomes integrally responsible for the programming, design, financing, realization and obtaining the necessary permits and permissions, and for the management and operation of the facility over the long term. This is done entirely at the Contractor's own expense and risk. The Client requests an extra-plan environmental activity based on the Contractor's design "BOPA" on. The other permit applications are part of the Contractor's activities.
