Description:
The TU/e is looking for an event agency that, together with the client, can set up and organize the organization for Wintu/er Wonderland to the highlight of the year (every year in December). The TU/e has therefore started this tender for selecting and contracting the mostSuitable contractor. An agreement will be concluded for 2 years. After this year, the TU/e has the unilateral law to extend the agreement for a period of twice one year.
The scope of this tender consists of three parts:
1. Physical or digital gift voucher withUnique code for employees who can be exchanged
2. Online gift shop with gift vouchers € 50 for employees
3. Wintu/er Wonderland including build -up/finishing and organization
wintu/er Wonderland takes place on the campus of the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Atlas building on the entire ground floorPrior to the Christmas holidays. An interior has been chosen because of the weather. The outdoor space in the vicinity of the Atlas building may be involved. We are looking for a creative, connecting party that, together with us, creates a unique experience, in which meeting and togetherness centralstand.
