- The Tenderer is able to offer a range of related services within the following product groups:

•Thin clients;
•Laptops:
oOptional: Laptop and backpack (to be determined after award).
•Image- and docking screens;
•Tablets:
oOptional: Protective cover including keysnbord.
•Smartphones:
oOptional: Bookcase;
oOptional: Battery charger;
oOptional: Earpods.
•Headsets;
•Audiovisual equipment*;
•Other**.
The tenderer must supply user hardware for the above product groups, which meets the the minimum configuration of the associated product groupin Annex XI Minimum configuration. For the desktop, thin client and laptop product groups, Enroller must provide user hardware from a brand identified in the leaders quadrant of Annex XI Gartner Magic Quadrant. The Tenderer may also offer brands for the other product groupsnot listed in Annex XII Gartner Magic Quadrant.
