• Description:
• The purpose of this tender is: to conclude a (framework) agreement with one Contractor for a period of two years, with an option to extend for a maximum period of four times one year. The choice whether or not to extend the (framework) agreement rests solely with Client. The intended date of commencement of the (framework) agreement is April 1, 2026 and will end by operation of law on April 1, 2028 unless the client opts for optional extension(s). Maximum term of the (framework) agreement, if optional extensions are chosen, is six years, until April 1, 2032 at the latest. The intended effective date can, if the client deems this necessary, be adjusted to a later date, with the end date being adjusted accordingly. amended.
