- European public tender RAW Framework Agreement for Green Maintenance Culemborgerwaard and Vijfheerenlanden The reason for this tender procedure concerns the expiry of the current Agreement for mowing work in the Culemborgerwaard area and Vijfheerenlanden. The need for this service will continue to exist in the future. Therefore, WSRL intends to conclude a new Agreement through this tender procedure. Desired situation The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW cutlery. The Rivierenland Water Board has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements. Water board Rivierenland wishes with one Tenderer to conclude a Framework Agreement. Partial assignments will be issued during the term of the Framework Agreement, no rights can be derived from this. Green maintenance generally consists of: preparatory work (including communicating with plot owners); mowing waterways (period 1_spring); mowing waterways (period 2_summer); mowing waterways (period 3_autumn); mowing and clearing nature-friendly banks (NVOs) and maintenance paths; free mowing chimney dams; mowing structures and weirs; making staff and equipment available.
