Description:
Description : This is a European Public tender of the Academic Hospital Maastricht. The tender concerns the maintenance and expansion of the (passive) network cabling, including related services. The tender also concerns regular expansion in small projects anda large new construction project of the entire azM passive coax, UTP and fiber optic network cabling. It concerns more than 30,000 network ports divided over three (3) data centers, one (1) in Beek, two (2) MERs, approximately 45 SERs, including small off-campus locations in Valkenburg and Maastricht (Annadal). The contract value is approximately EUR 1.3 million per year (excl. VAT). This - non-binding - estimate is based on the figures of the last 3.5 years. This therefore excludes the new construction project. The Contracting Authority is referred to in this Request for Proposal with the trade namename "MUMC" or by the name of the legal entity: "azM". to conclude a Framework Agreement with one (1) supplier for the durationof seven (7) years plus three (3) times one (1) option year (7 1 1 1) from 1-1-2024 up to and including 31-12-2030 (options: 31-12-2031, 31-12- 2032, 12/31/2033).
