Description:
The services that the Tenderer provides for this purpose include the following aspects: • Setting up an external website where owner-occupiers can register for the subsidy; • Helpdesk for the owner-occupiers of the municipality of Raalte; • Support with communication from the Contracting Party service towards owner-occupiers regarding the national Insulation Program (NIP): SPUK Local Approach to Insulation and the three (3) subsidy tracks; • Processing applications for the three (3) subsidy tracks (from processing, testing application and testing implemented insulation measures up to and including payment of the awarded subsidies and collection of residual invoices); • Implement isolation measures in subsidy track 1 'Total unburdening'; • Management reports; • Accountability for the SPUK NIP: o Support for SiS accountability (Contracting authority is responsible for SiS accountability itself, but asks support from the Tenderer where necessary); o Completing the monitoring file
