• Description:
• The purpose of this tender is: to conclude a (window) agreement with one contractor for a period of three years, with an option to extend for a maximum of three times one year. The choice of whether or not to extend the (window) agreement rests with the client exclusively. The intended date of entrance to the (window) agreement is July 1, 2025 and ends by operation of law on 1 July 2028 unless the client opts for optional extension (s). Maximum duration of the (window) agreement, if optional extensions are chosen, is six years, until 1 July 2031 at the latest. The intended date of effect, if the client deems this necessary, can be adjusted to a later date, whereby the end date is correspondingly adjusted.
