Description:
Lot 1 Hardware concerns the following. The supply of hardware and associated services for the office automation of the Zorginstituut Nederland. This lot includes laptops, desktops, mobile phones, tablets, screens, peripheral equipment, cabling and other workplace equipment used by employees of the Zorginstituut Nederland. The services provided within this plot include advice on the purchase of hardware, delivery and installation where applicable, warranty processing, breakfix services and lifecycle management. The exact specifications, quantities and hardware to be ordered are determined per order by the Zorginstituut Nederland. The Dutch Healthcare Institute retains control in this regard about brand and type choices. Lot 2 Server rooms concerns the following. The services provided within this plot include advice, deliveries, break fix and warranty handling, lifecycle management activities, support with setting up. and managing the complete network configurations, from hardware to the operational software. Operational management consists of 24x7 incident and change management, maintenance work and administration and reporting.
