Description: Prior to this tender, Zaam has already published a publication for this assignment, but has substantially changed in view of the nature of the questions during the Information Memorandum. Therefore, this "Her" tendency was chosen. The biggest change stems from the solely use of fixed telephony via the existing BOA network to which the schools are connected instead of their own VDSL connections.
The objective of this tender is to organize the VoIP telephony for an efficient (later on 1 network), efficient and legitimate manner for the contracting authority. The quality and continuity of the connections/ accessibility is extremely important. Accessibility for schools is crucial in the contacts between school, parents, students, employees, board and third parties.
