Description:
The scope of this tender is to select a supplier for the rental of materials* and technology* (including personnel). But also a Contractor who can, on occasion, think along in the creative interpretation of an event (concept and implementation*). Preferably, this party is also in the opportunity, in very exceptional cases, to take over the entire organization of events. *Materials: registration desks, standing tables, signing, truss constructions, decor, stages and other furnishings and fittings (if not owned by NHL Stenden) *Technology: prior to and duringproviding events with sound, light, projection, live stream, video recording, editing and editing (materials and personnel, if not owned by NHL Stenden) * Concept and implementation: theme and concept development, thinking about program content, online event platforms, registration pagina's, design and production of scenery, design of visual means.
