Description:
Maastricht UMC+ intends to put the supply of Cardiology Interventional Materials out to tender. The tender takes place according to the open procedure (the public procedure is a tender procedure with only one round, in which every entrepreneur may tender) in accordance with the European Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU and the resulting “2012 Public Procurement Act” of 1 July 2016. Awarding takes place on the basis of the award criterion of the most economically advantageous Tender, based on the best price-quality ratio. The initial duration of the agreement is 3 years with the option to extend the agreement through the Maastricht UMC+, for a period of two (2) one (1) years. There will be two suppliers for plot 1 be contracted, with 60% of the volume going to the first ranked supplier; 40% to the second ranked supplier. For plot 2 to 6, the first ranked supplier will be contracted.
