Description:
The new construction of Jenaplan Kindentcentrum Talentuin must be realized by selecting and contracting a (combination of) contractor (s), which in an engineering team works out a definitive design into a technical design (TO) and thereby also gives the opportunity to workrealize. The (combination of) contractor (s) is thereby fully responsible for both the structural and the installation part of the assignment. In the first phase, the (combination of) contractor (s) works out the final design up to and including a technical design. After completing itTechnical design with accompanying final budget will or may not be agreed for a contract for the implementation phase. In the implementation phase, the further elaboration to implement ready design and final realization willtake place.
