Agreement
The contracting authority wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one supplier based on the award criterion best price-quality ratio. The agreement is entered into for an ininitial period of two (2) years with the option of extending the agreement for a further two (2) periods of one (1) year with a reasonable, expectedly performing Contractor.
