- European public tender RAW Framework Agreement Mowing Waterways and Water Features Rijk of Nijmegen Urban 2026-2030 The reason for this tender procedure is the expiry of the current Agreement for mowing work in the area Rijk van Nijmegen Stedelijk. The need for this service will continue to exist in the future. Therefore, WSRL intends to conclude a new Agreement through this tender procedure. The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW cutlery. The Rivierenland Water Board has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements. Water board Rivierenland wishes with one Tenderer to conclude a Framework Agreement. During the term of the Framework Agreement, one partial assignment will be issued annually for all work in the relevant year. Green maintenance generally consists of: preparatory activities (including communicating with plot owners); mowing waterways and water features (period 1); mowing waterways and water features (period 3); mowing and cleaning up nature-friendly banks (NVOs); making staff available and equipment.
