• European public tender RAW Framework Agreement Green Maintenance Tielerwaard Oost
  The reason for this tender procedure concerns the expiration of the current Agreement. That is why WSRL intends to introduce a new one Agreement to be concluded through this tender procedure.
  The Rivierenland Water Board has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements.
  During the term of the Framework Agreement, one partial assignment will be issued annually for all work in the relevant year.
  Implementing green maintenance is global from:
  preparatory work (including communicating with plot owners);
  mowing waterways (period 1_spring);
  mowing waterways (period 2_summer);
  mowing waterways (period 3_autumn);
  mowing and cleaning up nature-friendly banks (NVOs) and maintenance paths;
  mowing chimney dams;
  mow out structures and weirs;
  making staff and equipment available.
  An exact and concrete description of the work is included in the RAW Framework Agreement (see Appendix 1).
