• European public tender RAW Framework Agreement for Green Maintenance Tielerwaard Oost The reason for this tender procedure concerns the expiry of the current Agreement. Therefore, WSRL intends to enter into a new Agreement to be concluded through this tender procedure. The expiring agreement was in the form of a traditional RAW contract. The Rivierenland Water Board has internally evaluated this contract form and subsequently decided to tender new contracts for green maintenance in the form of RAW Framework Agreements. Water Board Rivierenland wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with one Tenderer. During the term of the Framework Agreement, one partial assignment will be issued annually for all work in the relevant year. Green maintenance generally consists of: preparatory work (including communicating with plot owners); mowing waterways (period 1_spring); mowing waterways (period 2_summer); mowing waterways (period 3_autumn); mowing and cleaning up nature-friendly banks (NVOs) and maintenance paths; mowing chimney dams; mowing structures and weirs; making staff and equipment available. An exact and concrete description of the work is included in the RAWR Framework Agreement (see appendix 1). The green maintenance is carried out within the region mentioned, as shown on the accompanying page RAW framework agreement associated location maps. The location maps indicate which green objects are present (and must be maintained as such) and their location and location. This RAW Framework Agreement also includes a global maintenance calendar in which the work, frequencies and implementation periods are shown. Duration of the agreement The RAWR framework agreement has a term from January 12, 2026 to December 31, 2030. The contract duration is therefore 5 year.
