Description:
The aim of this tender procedure is to provide the client with the supply of brand-independent tanks and charging cards (lot 1) and the supply of fuels in bulk (lot 2). The Client wishes to contract a maximum of one (1) supplier per plot. This assignment is being tendered jointly by the municipality of Oldambt (secretary) and the municipality of Westerwolde. The municipality of Westerwolde does not play a substantive role in the preparation of the tender, but uses the results of this procedure. The clustering is therefore organizational in nature and does not lead to changes in the nature, size or complexity of the assignment. The contracting authority has assessed that this form of clustering has no negative consequences for the market forces or the accessibility of the assignment for small and medium-sized enterprises. On this basis, it was decided to tender the contract jointly.
