Description:
The assignment concerns the acquisition of Commercialofftheshelf (COTS) (Municipal) software (licenses) which can be purchased unpremises and/or as Saas/Iaas/Paas (Xaas) solutions including advice, service and maintenance. Client wants to reach the following with the new agreement: • Client wants to purchase (municipal) software (licenses) with or without maintenance and support against the most (cost) efficient way, taking into account the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO); • Client wants a license landscape that lasts permanently with the organization and is optimally tailored to the needs, size and vision for the future; • Client wants to be solicited and unsolicited advised on the purchase and possession of software licenses, including compliance; • Client wants to be "unburdened" when handling orders and administrative matters around (the extension of maintenance on) the software licenses with a central registration in a portal.
