Description:
The audiovisual equipment (AV equipment) in the council chamber of the Gouden Handen location in 's-Heerenberg is outdated. The municipality of Montferland is looking for an AV supplier / system integrator who has experience in installing and providing service for audiovisual systems for the council.eel. The council chamber will be revitalized. This means that certain equipment will remain in place.
The following audiovisual equipment will be part of this tender:
• A new multimedia discussion system based on 35 discussion posts;
• A camera system including automatede camera management;
• A meeting management system;
• A new loudspeaker system;
• New monitors;
• New audio DSP;
• Digital signal distribution and matrix functionality;
• An AV control system.
The contracting authority wishes to use this tender procedure one contractor to ccontract for the assignment below:
1. Dismantling the current AV equipment in the Council Chamber;
2. Delivering and implementing (turnkey delivery) of the AV resources;
3. Training the users (max. 10);
4. Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of AV equipmentfor the duration of the agreement.
The delivery and installation of the audiovisual equipment must take place during the summer recess period of 2024, from July 8 to August 23.
