Description:
The assignment includes the supply of office and related items including all associated services, tailored to the diversity of customer needs at the client and consists of: - supplying office and related items and associated services; - making available and maintainingmaintaining a webshop including an OCI link with AFAS;
- the realization of the link between the offered webshop and the P2P system (AFAS) of the client through OCI.
The client intends to conclude a framework agreement with one tenderer for the supply of office and ancillaryrelated items including associated services. The Client wishes to conclude the framework agreement for an initial period of two years. After the initial term of the agreement, Hanze has the option to extend the agreement twice for one year each timen. It is the client's intention to utilize the full contract term.
