Description:
To perform the tasks of the Noord and Oostnederland Security Region (VNOG), it uses a total of 62 different locations within the catchment area of the VNOG. For each building, maintenance and facilities are needed to be able to make good use of a building. The responsibility for the housing of the VNOG lies with the municipalities. Since January 1, 2023, VNOG has been responsible for all facility services, burglary installations, data and access management. The contractor is asked to actively contribute to this. As soon as the award has taken place, the VNOG will be at the table with the contractor to draw up a plan how the management is taken over from the municipalities and what is needed for this in relation to cooperation with the contractor. Twield stands for the scope of the assignment, namely access management, mechanical engineering, burglary installations, electricity, loading facilities and data.
