- The scope of this tender covers the delivery and service of approximately 200 multifunctionals and 50 workgroup printers (table printers) (hereinafter these are also referred to as multifunctionals). For each multifunctional, this consists at least of:
•Delivery and ready-to-use deliveryng of the multifunctional:
oMinimum features;
oAgreed upon optional features;
•Printing:
oBlack & White A4;
oColor A4;
oBlack & White A3*;
oColor A3*.
•Delivery of consumables;
•Maintenance and repair errors.
*For the workgroup printers, A3 size printing is not applicablessing.
